Guests using the Sleeping Loft must be aged 16 or over to use the ladder. Please see the disclaimer below.
A travel cot, high chair, bath seat and bouncy chair are all available on request for those travelling with babies or toddlers.
Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom features an extremely comfortable superking bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and dressing table/desk. There is also enough room to accommodate a travel cot in the room for those travelling with little ones.
Bunk Room
The cosy Bunk Room has two full size single beds suitable for both adults and children.
Mezzanine Sleeping Loft
Our brand new sleeping loft provides additional accommodation for guests over the age of 16. It features two full size single beds that can be connected to make a superking bed if required. The loft has a low ceiling so is best for guests up to 6 foot tall and is accessed by a bespoke ladder.
Loft Ladder Disclaimer
In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by Old Manor Partnership Limited (“Landlord”), the use of the mezzanine sleeping loft and the access ladder are at your own risk.
A video demonstrating the lowering and raising of the ladder is available for view below. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and any guests accessing or using the mezzanine sleeping loft have viewed this video before operating the ladder, and that no guests or property are obstructing the arc of the ladder when raising or lowering it.
For safety reasons, the Landlord recommends that no guests under the age of 16, or with restricted mobility or vertigo, access or use the mezzanine sleeping loft. It is responsibility of any guests accessing the mezzanine (or their parent or guardian) to ensure that they are fit to do so, and use the ladder safely and as directed.
